  • This self-inking stamp allows licensed issuing agents to verify signatures in lieu of notarization on documents required to be submitted to PENNDOT with an application for certificate of title.  Stamp includes: name of issuing agent/licensed dealership or auction, issuing agents dealer identification number (DIN), name of agents employee.  Verification in lieu of notarization may only be used by issuing agents/licensed dealers and auctions.  All other issuing agents must continue to notarize documents.
  • Document must still be signed even when using this DIN stamp.
  • Company and DIN Only Stamps may be used by anyone listed on your PennDot contract, but individual printed names and signature must still be added.
