The wheeled battery charger is constructed with a powder-coated steel enclosure, chrome tubular handle, steel foot, copper cable with flexible insulation, and copper jaws on insulated steel clamps. A fan cooling mechanism prevents overheating and extends the charger's life. Clamp bars provide a storage spot for additional safety.
