The State Board of Vehicle Manufacturers, Dealers and Salespersons regulations permit dealers to sell consignment vehicles, as long as the dealer maintains a written consignment agreement with the consignment seller.  Form #00353 meets this requirement as an easy to use 2-part carbonless form.
