When a dealer sells a former rental, demonstrator, taxi or other type of commercially used vehicle, the dealer is obligated to disclose this fact prior to the used vehicle sale or lease.  Dealers must inform customers in writing, either on the Buyer's Order, or on a separate disclosure, of a vehicle's actual prior use, such as a former rental vehicle.  Any non-disclosure or misrepresentation of a rental vehicle as a "program" or "executive" vehicle is a violation of the Unfair Trade Practices Act and the corresponding Automotive Regulations, which could result in penalties being assessed by the Attorney General's Office.  PAA's Form# 1015 Used Vechicle Disclosure  satisfies this requirement with an easy to understand, 8-1/2' X 11" 2-part carbonless form.
